Fargo Moorhead Coalition for Homeless Persons Web Site a Help for Communities

The recently posted web site of the Fargo Moorhead Coalition for Homeless Persons (FMCHP), should be valuable to anyone interested in the homeless situation in their own community. The site is filled with information on the homeless situation in the Fargo/Moorhead area and the work of the Coalition. The site gives many facts about the homeless situation in the Fargo/Moorhead area and what is being done by the coalition to deal with it. It is easy to navigate and get to places like The Fargo 10-Year Plan to End Homelessness and Surveys and Statistics.

The site also has information on the Project Homeless Connect events that the FMCHP have held four times now to help homeless persons find their way through the various organizations that exist to help them. It also has a work-in-progress page of called where to go for help, which will assist homeless persons to find help from the appropriate organization. It will also help organizations referring homeless persons to direct them to help.

An interesting twist is a page titled Lyrics and Stories, which at this time contains quotes and poems will begin to tell some of the stories of homeless persons. I encourage anyone interested to access this site.
