Finding Your Strengths

I attended a workshop on StrengthFinders 2.0. It is a personalized Strengths Discovery and Action-Planning workshop for applying your strengths in all areas of your life. When we are clear of where our own gifts are and grow in that area, our output becomes unlimited. So often we focus on our weaknesses, but the key is to rethink that approach and focus on our talents and strengths. For more information on this workshop contact Northwest Minnesota Foundation.
