The Minnesota Home Ownership Center, the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis and Neighborworks America are proud to be hosting a HopeNow Foreclosure Prevention Workshop Thursday, June 4 from 2-8 p.m. at the St. Paul RiverCentre.
Event will be open to the public and will include the following:
· Opportunity to meet one-on-one with your lender to discuss workout options to avoid foreclosure.
· Meet with a nonprofit housing counselor or foreclosure prevention specialist.
· Information and assistance on homeownership preservation.
· A resource fair for struggline homeowners including information about rehab assistance, energy assistance and dozens of other programs.
