This interactive, fast-paced workshop goes the next level into understanding changing motivations for volunteers and gives you the opportunity to try out new tools for a new style of leadership of volunteers. You will leave the workshop with an action plan to prepare your organization for the wealth of resources that Boomers and future generations of volunteers offer. This workshop is the product of the MAVA initiative to help organizations build capacity to engage Boomers and future generations of volunteers.
