Last week, 16 Bremer employees completed their months-long journey through Bremer’s Leadership Academy, an internal training session for future leaders of the organization. The teams completed the training by presenting the results of their final projects to Bremer’s executive team and other senior leaders. One of the graduates of this training is Maltee McMahon, nonprofit resource specialist at Bremer Bank servicing the Wisconsin markets."It was great to meet everybody involved in the training and get to know some of my other colleagues better," said McMahon. The final projects that were presented will now be implemented into Bremer Bank's strategic plans.
