Menomonie Team Feeds Hunger Fast!

During Bremer’s June hunger campaign, bank staff in my home market of Menomonie, Wis., gathered to package meals as part of the local Rotary Club’s “Kids Against Hunger” program. In a timed competition of just 30 minutes, we packaged 2,592 meals! In addition to volunteering to package the meals, Bremer also paid for all the ingredients used in the meals.

Additionally, we made folks aware that hunger exists in their communities throughout the month of June by asking clients to donate money and items for two local food shelves - Stepping Stones and Caring Ministries Food Pantry. In addition to client donations, Bremer Bank is also donating $500 to each charity.
