Howard Barlow, a nonprofit resource specialist at Bremer Bank in Fargo, recently was honored by the North Dakota Housing Finance Agency with the Leadership Award. Barlow was recogized for his many years of service and advocacy, including his role with the Fargo-Moorhead Workforce Housing Coalition, Fargo-Moorhead Coalition for Homeless Persons and the Fargo Housing Authority. Barlow was also one of the commuity volunteers that designed Fargo’s 10-year plan to end chronic homelessness.
