School "Work"

Bremer employees volunteer in their communities in lots of ways. Last year, they posted over 90,000 hours to hundreds of organizations across Bremer's service area. Here are a couple photos of us in schools helping out with projects.

Bremer Banker Lori Babcock volunteers as a Junior Achievement teacher. Recently, she met with Lynd Public School kindergarteners to share a story, Dylan and the New Playground. The story, from the JA curriculum, helps with a lesson on raising money for a community project that everyone can enjoy.

Bremer NRS Lois Schmidt, volunteered at a Cultures in Power carnival fund raising event last month. This Marshall Public Schools youth group builds youth leadership, civic engagement and appreciation of diversity in the school and community.
