Bremer Wisconsin Employees Volunteer at St. Croix Valley Food Service Facility

Bremer Wisconsin employees volunteered their time at the Food Resource Center, a distriubtion center in Hudson, WI, last week as part of the “Taking Action Against Hunger” campaign. The Food Resource Center was built about a year ago in collaboration with the St. Croix United Way and was funded in part by a grant from the Otto Bremer Foundation.

Four employees from the New Richmond branch helped load boxes of food, organize the food and even help distribute it to local pantries. Food supplies are collected and then once per month they have a distribution day where the Center relies on volunteers to help with the distribution.
