Starting 2010 On-line

Over the holiday break, I received this email from Mary Rhude, exec. director and Kari Goldschmidt, admin. assistant, representing one of the nonprofits in my southwest MN Bremer service area. It makes me smile because it brings me back to the excitement all of us have felt as any organization or project that we've been involved with as staff, board member, or donor launches a presence in the Worldwide Web. Congratulations Arc Kandiyohi County, and I'm glad to spread the word about your great work! If you can spare 20 seconds, check out this page on the new site:

"Why is the future of Arc so important?" (What a great way to communicate why it matters!)

The Original Email...
Arc Kandiyohi County has a website! We received a matching grant from Kandiyohi County and City of Willmar Economic Development Commission (EDC) to accomplish this task.

The site boasts our mission, explains our services, shares wonderful stories and events, keeps you posted on public policies, shares our newsletters, shows off pictures, list volunteer opportunities as well as donation opportunities, invites membership, and list great resources, plus so much more.

Our web designer is Kristina Kent who is just beginning in the business of web design. Help us spread the word about the great work of Arc Kandiyohi County!
