According to the Nonprofit Times, the estate tax and take home pay are of most interest to the nonprofit sector of the deal President Obama and Republican leaders have worked out. However the bill has yet to be drafted and there is dissent from Democrats regarding the provision that would set the estate tax exemption level and rate at $5 million and 35% for two years.
