Waking the Sleeping Giant…Strengthening Your Community Voice

Please join us on Thursday, April 19, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. for a brown bag lunch meeting at the Bremer Bank community room in Grand Forks, N.D. You will be joined by area nonprofit leaders to discuss building relationships with city leaders, business and community stakeholders. We will discuss concrete steps we can take to strengthen our voice and increase our exposure to decision making and advocacy in our community. It’s about the people…

2. Key meetings/groups to attend: BGEA, City Council, UND Relations, Chamber
3. Identify key community leader relationships to build
4. Identify task forces needed and nonprofit leaders that fit the task force
