Transformative Change

I've just returned from The Council on Foundations National conference and it was amazing. The theme for this conference was "Transformative Change." There was much discussion on the idea of looking for new ways of doing things, "out-of-the-box" approaches to issues we are facing in our communities.

Our world has forever changed and we will not be going back to the way things used to run and work. I think this is a mind set that is important to grasp. This recovery time is an opportunity to figure out bold and daring approaches to work together to improve systems that have not worked in the past. I encourage you to be bold.
