With increasing intensity and complexity of social needs, and with strained financial resources, it is more important than ever to explore possible alliances among nonprofits, government, and businesses to capture synergies. Many challenges arise in developing a consensus and coordination among partnerships, however the result can be a more efficient, holistic and systematic solution. Our community recently completed a project involving the Otto Bremer Foundation, three other donor funds, and a state grant. Individually, the project would not have been completed. Together, it happened!
